Guitarist singer/ songwriter, Bruce Lewis, is a longtime player on the world acoustic music scene. His CD Walk Down That Lonesome Fretboard, was glowingly praised by Acoustic Guitar-- especially for its innovations in bringing the uptempo flatpick style to acoustic Blues and for effectively using open tunings in Bluegrass. He has performed with such world renowned acoustic musicians as Bela Fleck, Larry Coryell and Bob Brozman.

Jeremy was born and raised in Southeastern Kentucky. He graduated from Berea College with a degree in Sociology and in African & African-American studies. It was during his senior year of college that he discovered he wanted to be a writer. However, he naively thought it was too late to switch career paths. He could not change his major. Feeling uncertain about his future, McQueen began a master's program at Eastern Kentucky University's College of Justice and Safety.

Margo grew up singing with her father at a young age and eventually translated that passion into her life as a music major at Skidmore College. Neil Jacobs

Neil Jacobs is truly a master of the acoustic 12-string guitar. With his own style of playing that the St Louis Riverfront Times describes as "mesmerizing" and the Austin Chronicle describes as "the rockin'est since early Leo Kottke", Neil covers a full spectrum of styles and dynamics, touching on music diverse and varied as Gypsy, World, Balkan Folk, Jazz, and Fingerstyle guitar. A self-taught musician, Neil draws inspiration from his world travels and experiences. His most recent focus includes the Gypsy music of Eastern Europe and the Balkans, which is showcased in his third CD "American Gypsy." For that CD, he draws from his first hand knowledge of Eastern European Gypsy, Balkan and World Folk music to create his riveting compositions.

Michael Kelsey

MICHAEL KELSEY cannot be limited to a simple description. When you listen to his music and see him perform live you're witnessing more than a just another singer-songwriter. You're watching a rhythmic, inspired guitarist and performance artist who brews soul, funk and even a little bit of the blues into a guitar festival of organic sound. Multi-instrumentalist Kelsey has been known to blend many musical genres with fervour and grace. When he hits the stage to perform, he plays every inch of his guitar and makes it sing, soar, pop and ping--by strumming it, pounding it and pulling every part of it or anything else an arm's length or foot kick away.

On a July evening in 2004, at their campsite at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, Laurie MacAllister, Abbie Gardner and Carolann Solebello harmonized for the very first time. As they sang their campmates off to sleep, they knew they had stumbled into something extraordinary. Audiences seem to agree. With her tenth and newest project, Hello Stranger, released in August 2009, she gifts her loyal fan base and entices new listeners with a recording that captures some of the magic of her live performances. With the help of her Nashville-based record label, Compass Records, she selected a few of Nashville's best musicians to make an album featuring fiddle, mandolin and banjo as well as acoustic guitar.
